Dear Community,

Below, we share with you a summary of the activities carried out last week, as well as some of the actions planned for the current week.

Security and Roads

The Security management submitted to the board of directors the security strategy for the year 2024, this was shared to the community using each of the media available to the Colonos Association, we encourage you to review the content of the document.

Regarding the video surveillance system, needed construction works were carried out on some posts located in different areas of the community and the companies IGOR solutions and Gignet will be completing the wiring connection and activation of these in this week.

Regarding incidents, the week passed calmly, with no relevant incidents to report.

In the next few days, we will be publishing again the information on the recovered bicycles that we have under custody, please stay tuned so bicycles may be claimed.

Maintenance

Public Areas

Last Tuesday, September 3, we started the plan to extend the hours of service and care to public areas. The person assigned to this task has a motorcycle on which she tours the community collecting garbage thrown on the roads, flowerbeds, and parking lots. Additionally, on weekends, she will give special attention to the beach area and the beach access.

We are dedicating specific personnel and resources to the beach access area adjacent to the beach club, this as part of the improvement job of the areas that our neighbors frequently use. Our objective is to provide a beach access in better physical conditions and, cleanliness.

Pest Control

For you to be able to take proper precautions; we share with you the schedule and the route in which we will be fumigating the community to control the mosquito that transmits the Dengue virus.

The fumigation begins at 6:00 p.m., the route lasts approximately 2 hours and will be applied on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with the following route:

Bahia Akumal -> PA Boulevard -> Plano 4 –> Punta Matzoma –> Bahia Yanten -> Punta Celis -> Bahia Xcacel -> Privada Xelha -> Xelha Cove –> Bahia Xaak –> Bahia Kantenah –> Bahia Soliman –> Bahia Chemuyil -> Caleta Yalku.

Vehicles and equipment

The truck that had just been delivered to us by the Ford dealer after the repairs were made, again presented the same fault now on the wheel on the passenger side.

Recycling

Due to the above, we find it necessary to rely on a contractor to be able to carry out the recyclable collection routes. Below, we describe the roads that will be serviced on each of the days that the service will be provided starting at 8:30 am, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:

Monday

Akumal, Blvd Puerto Aventuras, Plano 4, Yanten, Matzoma, Punta Celis and, Commercial Plaza
