Terms and Conditions for Access Cards

Personal and Non-Transferable Use

  • The requested cards are for personal and non-transferable use only.

Card Issuance

  • Only one card will be issued per individual.

Mandatory Request for Employees

  • Anyone working continuously within the Puerto Aventuras Complex must request their access card.
  • The use of QR codes is not allowed more than 8 times in a month for the same person.

Employer Responsibility

  • The employer is responsible for their employee's proper use of the access card.

Entry and Exit Hours

  • Each employee's card has designated entry and exit hours selected by the applicant.
  • If the employee does not leave the complex after the indicated exit time, the penalty established in Article 42 of Chapter VII of the General Regulations of the Puerto Aventuras Homeowners Association will be applied.

Usage Restrictions

  • Employee access cards are for work use only; access to the beach through the Residential Complex is not permitted.

Card Cancellation

  • It is mandatory for the employer to cancel the employee's card when the person no longer works for them.

Validity Update

  • It is mandatory for the employer to update every 6 months, via ticket through the web, the validity of their employee's work or assigned task.

Homeowners and Residents Cards

  • The homeowners and residents card is only for individuals who live most of their time within the Puerto Aventuras Complex.
  • For visiting family and friends, the corresponding QR codes can be granted through the Residentia APP, enabled for each user with these functions.
